The Radio Lighting and Communications Service (RLCS) is a structural subdivision of the Odesa International Airport.
RLCS performs a complex of organizational and technical measures for radio technical support (RTS) of flights, aviation telecommunications of lighting equipment, carries out production activities of the enterprise.
Directs its activities to ensure the safety and regularity of aircraft operations.
The organizational structure of the RLCS consists of six structural divisions:
- Head of the RLCS - Head of the Radio Lighting and Technical Support and Communication Service.
- Chief Engineer of Radio Lighting and Communication Services.
- The heads of the structural divisions of the RLCS are the leading engineers who are directly subordinate to the chief engineer of the RLCS. Officials acting as heads of departments, are responsible for the organization of the technical operation.
- The on-duty engineering and technical staff of the structural units is responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance of technical maintenance equipment, operational safety standards and maintenance documentation.
In order to ensure flight safety of the substation and reliable operation of the facilities, alternate duty of the RLCS engineering and technical staff, consisting of radio navigation specialists, light signal equipment and aeronautical telecommunications, is organized.
